The Buildathon is free and open to registered participants worldwide. You must provide accurate information when registering, and you are responsible for any activity under your registration.

We are committed to an inclusive, respectful community. Harassment, hate speech, discrimination, spam, plagiarism, or disruptive behavior are not tolerated and may result in removal from the event without notice.

You retain ownership of the projects and content you create during the Buildathon. By participating, you grant the organizers a non-exclusive right to showcase your submitted work (with attribution) for promotional and community purposes.

You may cancel your registration at any time by contacting us. As the event is free, no fees or refunds are involved. We may adjust the schedule or format and will communicate material changes to registered participants.

The organizers reserve the right to modify, postpone, or cancel the event, to update these terms, and to remove participants who violate these guidelines, at their sole discretion.

This event centers on building with AI tools. You are responsible for ensuring that AI-generated content you create or submit respects applicable laws, third-party rights, and does not include harmful, misleading, or infringing material. AI outputs may contain inaccuracies and should be reviewed before reliance.

The event and platform are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the organizers are not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from your participation or use of the platform.
